Ordering with us is fast and easy. Simply let us know what you would like, and when you would like it, and we'll bring it to your home or Office! We ensure our staff are friendly and conscientious and your food will be securely kept in a thermal bag where it will remain hot and fresh until we deliver it. We hire only the best and brightest. Our objective is not just to be another delivery service, but the best.

Delivery Fee

The average delivery time is 45 to 60 minutes. Delivery times vary based on traffic, weather conditions, and the restaurant's ability to prepare food. Anybody in the Reno, NV area can utilize this service!

We recommend that large orders be placed at least two hours in advance. But if you require a specific lunch time delivery, 24-hour notice is recommended.

Forms of Payment

We accept Discover, Visa, Master Card, or American Express and by debit cards. We do not currently accept cash or personal checks.

What is The RedWagon Delivers?

The RedWagon Delivers is an independently owned, locally operated concierge delivery service. We assist you by bringing you food, groceries, or almost anything else right to your door, curbside, office, or wherever you need it to be. We have a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Simply select a restaurant, place your order, and we will take care of the rest!

Why Choose The RedWagon Delivers Over the Big Three?

Let’s be clear, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats (The Big Three) charge restaurants up to 30-40% for the same services provided by The RedWagon Delivers. These third-party restaurant delivery companies charge restaurants exorbitant fees and commissions for every order. So, the average customer is spending up to 40% more on their food order. On top of that, their drivers do not get paid well and, in some cases, part of their tips go back to the company, not the driver!

Restaurant Delivery

The RedWagon Delivers handles restaurant meal deliveries similar to The Big Three. The restaurant delivery fee is $3.99 plus 15%.

*Note: We don't suggest this option for workplace/lunch break delivery because, even though we strive to be prompt with our deliveries, we cannot guarantee that it will be there at the beginning of your lunch break using this option; but we can with workplace delivery.

Grocery and Store Delivery (Coming soon!)

Let our drivers bring it to your door for a $10 fee and 10% of the bill. Simply choose your store and order.

We are open every day 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM Monday through Sunday.

How Does it Work?

If you haven’t already, sign up for our account and place your order online. If necessary, our staff will contact you to finalize order details. Remember that Workplace Delivery is delivered at or very close to the specified lunch break time. You will be able to pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards.

What If There is a Problem with My Order?

Use the contact form and we will do everything in our power to resolve any issue. Just call 530-539-4063 within 1 (one) hour of placing the order.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds or issue credits if you provide the wrong delivery address. If you decide to dispute the charge with your credit card company or bank, we will file a police report showing that the delivery was completed and that someone stole your food, if that is the case. It is our duty inform law enforcement that your food was stolen so they can investigate the alleged incident to help prevent this kind of theft.

Is My Information Secure?

We do not sell or share any customer personal information and each checkout is done on e-commerce secure servers.

Should I Tip My Delivery Driver?

Without a doubt, you should tip your driver! Not only do our drivers provide delivery concierge services, but they’re also your waitstaff on wheels! Since our drivers make sure your meals are delivered in excellent order, we have set a minimum gratuity for your convenience!

Do you deliver from non-partnered restaurants or businesses?

Yes! We understand that you may want delivery from a place that is not an official partner of The RedWagon Delivers. Although we do not represent or market the non-partnered entity, we can provide service-only delivery while acting as your personal concierge service.

Should I meet my Delivery Driver Curbside?

We understand that you want your meal delivered hot. So, whenever possible, you should meet your delivery driver curbside in front of the address you provided. We have no problem delivering to your door. However, understand that in large apartment complexes or in gated communities, delivering to your door will take more time and your food may not arrive warm or hot.
